Patient Care Transitions (patient handoffs)
We
have several patient care transitions (patient handoff from an
off-going care provider to an oncoming care provider OR patient
transitions from one location to another) research projects.
The purpose of one project is to identify patient care transitions (handoffs) best practices for curricula and assessment of competency in medical students, residents, fellows, and faculty.
This project is expected to result in presentation and/or publication.
